At Sagency, our approach is a little different. Based out of Fargo, North Dakota, we use our Midwestern roots to deliver boutique recruiting and leadership consulting services to clients on a national scale.
True to those roots, we believe that you have to have a solid foundation before you can build anything of substance, and that’s as true for organizations as it is for buildings.
